If you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so for store credit within 30 days of your order’s delivery date (based on shipment tracking information). All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to send the item back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email to notify you and apply your store credit.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. We’ll send you the address where you can mail the item(s).
Our items are all printed to order, which means we do not keep an inventory. Because of this we cannot offer outright exchanges. However, we do replace missing or defective items.
If your order was lost, damaged, or you received the wrong item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of any damaged goods. We will send out a free replacement—there’s usually no need to return the item(s) to us. In the event that the replacement has a problem, we will issue a refund for your order.
